STUDENT

Once a student registers for the Fair, they will have access to information regarding participating employers’ hiring criteria, offices/cities for which each employer is interviewing, and J.D. year(s) required by the employer. Students have the opportunity to submit their resume to a maximum of 16 employers.

The resumes are then collected by the Job Fair committee. All resumes of students who wish to interview with your firm/organization will be forwarded to your contact person. Employers are asked to pre-select 16 students with whom they wish to interview. With pre-selection, an employer is assured of meeting those students it considers most promising among the students expressing an interest in that particular employer. Employers are also asked to select 10 alternates.

Any slots that are not filled due to schedule conflicts or student cancellations will be filled through the employer's alternate selections.
